90% of North American car manufacturers and an ever increasing
percentage of European and South American car manufacturers. Why?
The Magic Eye assures that the batteries you are receiving are fully
charged prior to assembly into the vehicle you produce.
In addition, the Magic Eye can be included as one
of the last quality checks prior to vehicle transport to prevent
stalled vehicles on storage lots or delivery of a dead battery to
dealers.
The Magic Eye can also be incorporated as part of
your vehicle delivery checklist to dealers, providing proof that the
vehicle was delivered to the dealer in a fully charged condition
thereby reducing unwarranted dealer claims.
Lastly, as most major car producers have switched
to "Maintenance Free Batteries", how is the consumer to
know if the electrolyte level is low, possibly producing an
explosive situation. Simply include the Magic Eye inspection in the
consumer vehicle handbook to replace the battery if the Magic Eye is
indicating "Clear and Bright". This is a sign that the
battery is low on fluid and in need of replacement.
