can act as a quality tool to assure that the batteries
you are shipping to either O.E.'s or the aftermarket are fully charged
and filled when leaving your facility, thereby reducing return claims
and improving customer satisfaction.
As our products are used by most major battery manufacturers
around the world you may already be familiar with the Magic Eye
®.
If you produce your own battery cases, your molds are most likely
capable of producing lids with the opening needed to insert the
standard Magic Eye ®.
If not, we can assist you with the necessary lid design changes.
If your cases and lids are purchased, simply contact
your molder for further details on their capabilities. Most likely,
their lid tools are already designed with an interchangeable insert
to allow for an opening to insert the Magic Eye ®.
ITW Delpro also produces an M-18 threaded Magic
Eye ®
to allow for installation into one of six existing
filler holes.
