The engineers at ITW Delpro have developed an extensive database of solutions that satisfy a wide range of engineering problems. If our standard products do not meet your requirements, our engineers will work with you to develop creative and cost effective solutions to fulfill your design needs. It is our goal to work closely with you and find the best possible solution for your particular application.

In order to communicate design solutions, ITW Delpro utilizes Solidworks and AutoCad to generate electronic data and paper prints.  Electronic data may be sent as native CAD data or through an exchange format such as IGES, STEP, STL and ACIS.

When a design is finalized, ITW Delpro has the capability to build prototype tools quickly. Prototype tools are capable of producing a limited quantity of production quality parts.  Also, SLA and SLS rapid prototyping is available to test the fit and perform limited functional testing of the design.

ITW Delpro engineering is able to test prototype and production parts for design requirements. We have the capability to set up cycle tests to test the performance of the design in the actual application. Also, an environmental chamber is on hand to test parts at various temperatures.
